This privacy policy explains how Time Machine Budapest processes personal data during your visit and use of our services, your rights as a data subject, and our obligations as the data controller. We treat the protection of personal data as a priority.

Valorvero Kft., as data controller, considers the content of this notice binding. We undertake to ensure that all data processing related to our activities complies with this policy, applicable national legislation, and EU law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
This policy informs natural persons using our services about the data protection and processing principles, rules, and provisions applied by the controller. We reserve the right to amend this notice with reasonable prior notice to data subjects.

6. Data breaches
If unauthorised access to personal data or another data breach occurs, we will notify the supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours, and inform affected individuals where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights.
7. Other provisions
For processing not covered here, we provide information at the point of collection. We may disclose data to courts, prosecutors, investigative authorities, administrative bodies, the NAIH, and other bodies authorised by law, but only to the extent strictly necessary for the purpose of the request.
